Donogh Home Interiors has an extensive inventory of accessories, linens and fine furniture that will add richness and warmth to your home, should you need them.

OCCUPIED RE-DESIGNS

Our ASP Team will come into your home and rearrange your existing furnishings and accessories to give the best First Impression possible . We can stage your entire home, or one room at a time. Approx. $100/hr - 3 hour minimum. You'll love the difference we can make with what you have! Additional accessories and furniture are available for you to rent, when necessary. We will recommend linens and towels for you to purchase or use our shopping service at cost plus 20%.

VACANT AND NEW CONSTRUCTION MODELS

Furnished Homes sell faster and for more money than vacant homes. I have a complete line of fine furnishings and accessories available to Stage and lease to sellers at reasonable prices. My services include move-in, move-out, set-up, and design to each individual home. I am dedicated to subcontracting to you the best service, with attention to design details that will sell your home(s) and keep your investment low! We deliver results. Our 15ft box truck goes everywhere we go and is fully stocked to stage quickly and efficiently. Bids are complimentary.

CONSULTATIONS

I will meet with you and your Real Estate agent for up to 2 hours, to make verbal staging recommendations that you can implement. With your permission, I will take digital photos and email you a written summary of the Staging Consultation for you to follow. This service is $300. Follow-up visits are $75/hr.

CPR - CONSULTATION PLUS RE-FINING

After you have followed through with the items on your Consultation, and prior to the Photo Shoot, I will bring my team in to Re-Fine the placement of your furnishings and accessories to give your home the Wow-Factor needed for the best First Impression possible. Refining sessions start at $100/hr with a 3 hr minimum. Additional accessories and furnishings are available to rent when necessary.
